This workshop focuses on the IB learner profile as a living expression of the IB mission and its commitment to developing internationally-minded individuals. Participants will investigate the core concepts embedded in the learner profile and its role in fostering personal growth, global citizenship, and lifelong learning. Through reflection, dialogue, and strategic planning, educators will explore how to integrate the learner profile meaningfully into everyday teaching and learning across all contexts. The workshop also supports the development of tools and practices that align the learner profile with real-world action—locally and globally.
