Course Description
In an era of AI-enhanced communication, purposeful human language remains essential for shaping trust, motivation, and collective direction in schools. This interactive workshop examines how educators, school leaders, and administrators can use motivating language to influence student engagement, strengthen professional relationships, and build a positive school culture. Participants will practice three core communication approaches: direction giving, meaning making, and empathetic language to lead learning, support staff, and align school communities toward shared goals.
