Participants will engage in structured reflection and collaborative discussion throughout the session. They will examine practical examples of how changes to leadership structures and professional learning contributed to improvements in teaching practice and student outcomes, including MAP performance, the MYP Personal Project and ePortfolio results.

Using a practical framework, participants will identify the organisational conditions that enable teacher leaders to succeed and consider the connections between leadership structures, professional learning and student learning. They will then evaluate the teacher-leadership structures within their own contexts, identify appropriate evidence for measuring impact and develop one actionable next step for strengthening teacher leadership in their school or organization.
