This Category 2 workshop is designed for experienced MYP educators in leadership roles who are looking to deepen their understanding of the IB philosophy and effectively lead learning in their school communities. Participants will explore the leadership responsibilities of MYP coordinators, team leaders, and pedagogical leaders in aligning school practices with IB standards and practices, supporting collaborative planning, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and reflection.
