Course Description
This workshop supports IB leaders in cultivating internationally minded communities by aligning leadership practices with the IB mission and values.
Participants will explore how strategic leadership can develop agents of change within their schools and beyond, fostering a shared commitment to global responsibility and education for a better world. The workshop provides space for reflection on local school contexts while drawing on global insights from other IB World Schools. Leaders will refine their school’s mission and vision, deepen their commitment to continuous professional growth, and consider actionable steps toward creating meaningful change within their learning ecosystems.
