Facilitating Adult Learning is one of EDI’s flagship programs designed for educators, coaches, leaders, and specialists who design and deliver professional learning for adults. Grounded in adult learning theory and evidence-based facilitation practices, it shifts participants from content delivery to designing meaningful learning experiences that foster engagement, collaboration, reflection, and professional growth. The program begins with a self-paced theoretical module introducing key principles of adult learning, followed by interactive sessions focused on practice, feedback, and real-world application. Throughout the program, participants build the skills and confidence to design and facilitate high-impact professional learning. It culminates in participants designing their own professional learning experiences aligned with their contexts.

Utilize the Backmapping Model to create coherent, outcome-driven professional learning cycles.
Design and implement Teaching Sprints and Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) to support collaborative educator development.
Develop a contextually responsive professional learning plan aligned with institutional needs and priorities.
Integrate feedback cycles and reflective practices to improve facilitation and learning design.
