Course Description

This blended program—featuring one asynchronous module and four in-person sessions—prepares lead teachers and coordinators to design and lead impactful professional learning. Participants explore adult learning theory, strengthen facilitation skills, and apply the Back mapping Model to create needs-based learning cycles. The program also introduces Teaching Sprints and PLCs as practical tools for continuous growth. It culminates in a capstone project where participants design a professional learning plan tailored to their context.

Learning Outcome

  2. Demonstrate facilitation skills such as active listening, inclusive dialogue, and structured engagement.
     
  3. Utilize the Backmapping Model to create outcome-driven professional learning cycles.
