This workshop supports experienced EE supervisors and coordinators in deepening their knowledge, refining their supervisory practices, and enhancing the overall management of the extended essay process. Through collaboration and inquiry, participants will explore strategies for supporting students throughout the EE journey, aligning their role with IB approaches to teaching and learning. The workshop will also focus on strengthening connections between the EE and other components of the Diploma Programme (TOK and CAS), fostering academic integrity, and ensuring effective application of assessment criteria. Emphasis is placed on reflection, relationship-building, and supervisory practices in the context of evolving academic and technological landscapes.
