Course Description

This Category 2 workshop is crafted for experienced PYP educators seeking to deepen their practice through intentional community engagement and collaborative approaches. Participants will explore how strong professional relationships and shared vision empower student agency, enhance curriculum coherence, and foster inclusive learning environments. Through reflective dialogue and practical strategies, the workshop focuses on creating collaborative cultures among teachers, students, and families—aligned with IB PYP frameworks and learner profile goals

Learning Outcome

  1. Identify key collaborative practices that support student agency and ownership of learning.

  2. Implement strategies for building trust, shared decision-making, and partnership within their school community.

  3. Design and sustain school-wide collaborative processes that enhance transdisciplinary planning and teaching.

  4. Reflect on their existing collaborative structures and develop action plans to strengthen engagement across stakeholders

Target Audience
