Learning Outcome
Explore IB Programme standards and practices to guide subject delivery and strengthen links with the DP Core (TOK, CAS, and EE).
Develop collaborative planning strategies, deepen understanding of the Extended Essay (including World Studies), and clarify the supervisor’s role.
Connect subject content with Approaches to Teaching and Learning (ATL), the learner profile, and international-mindedness while designing inquiry-based lessons.
Create strategies that foster self-regulated, metacognitive learners and design formative experiences that build conceptual, procedural, and factual understanding.
Address assessment challenges, apply common criteria accurately, analyze subject reports, and support effective monitoring and reporting of student progress.
Engage with IB resources and professional learning communities, promote academic integrity, and reflect on the teacher’s role in programme evaluation and whole-school planning.

Diploma Programme (DP) coordinators of Creativity, activity, service (CAS).
