Course Description
This Category 3 workshop invites experienced PYP educators and school leaders to explore how to cultivate a collaborative and inclusive learning community. The focus is on strengthening relationships, building shared understanding of the PYP framework, and supporting a culture of professional inquiry. Participants will reflect on strategies to develop collective responsibility for student learning, foster distributed leadership, and empower all members of the school community to contribute meaningfully to the learning process.
