This workshop explores how schools can design meaningful learning experiences and environments that nurture student agency through action and engagement beyond the classroom. Participants will examine how agency empowers students to recognize their potential and contribute meaningfully to their communities—locally and globally. The workshop provides an opportunity to unpack key concepts such as agency, action, and engagement across IB programmes, with a focus on service learning and authentic community involvement.
