This introductory workshop is designed specifically for new Heads of School or senior leaders who are beginning their journey with the International Baccalaureate programmes. It provides a foundational understanding of the IB philosophy, framework, and programme continuum (PYP, MYP, DP, CP). Participants will explore leadership responsibilities in implementing IB programmes, fostering a supportive culture, and aligning school vision with IB standards. The workshop offers practical guidance on leading change, supporting teaching and learning, and engaging with IB’s global community.
