Course Description
Restorative practices are more than a behavior management strategy—they are a mindset and methodology that prioritize relationships, accountability, and community. This workshop introduces educators to the foundational principles of restorative approaches and their application within school settings. Participants will explore practical strategies for fostering inclusive dialogue, resolving conflict, and repairing harm in ways that center student voice and dignity. Through case-based discussions and reflective exercises, the session supports the integration of restorative practices into existing school systems to build a more compassionate and connected learning environment.
