Can We Have It All? Interactive AP Mathematics, Qatari Identity, Personalized Pathways
Description
Participants will respond to rapid polls and design challenges, make choices in a simulated student pathway, compare AI-tutor responses, and explore how interactive AP lessons move from explanation to Student Turn, Practice Studio, AP-style assessment and mastery evidence. A live ECHS Mathematics demonstration will connect these ideas to adaptive practice, teacher governance and culturally relevant Qatar contexts.
Learning Outcomes
Analyze how interactive lesson design can combine AP-level rigor, student agency, and local cultural relevance.
Evaluate responsible AI tutoring behaviors that preserve mathematical thinking and assessment integrity.
Apply readiness, mastery, and mistake evidence to design differentiated pathways and adaptive practice without lowering expectations.
Identify transferable principles for building a teacher-governed digital learning ecosystem in another school or subject context.
