Description

Participants will engage with anonymized learner profiles representing a range of learning needs and pathways. Through collaborative discussion, they will analyze learner needs, consider appropriate levels of support and adaptation, and make decisions about meaningful participation and inclusion. Participants will then apply a practical personalized learning framework to their own contexts and reflect on how different pathways can promote belonging, growth, and independence.

Learning Outcomes

Identify different approaches to personalized learning that support diverse learners across mainstream and adapted learning pathways.
Analyze learner needs to determine appropriate levels of curriculum adaptation, support, and participation within the wider learning community.
Apply a practical framework for designing individualized learning pathways that promote meaningful growth, belonging, independence, and learner success.
