Course Description
This professional learning program equips educational leaders and coaches with the essential skills, mindsets, and strategies required for high-impact instructional coaching. Rooted in a non-evaluative, peer-to-peer partnership approach, the curriculum guides participants through structured coaching cycles, effective communication techniques, and data-informed decision-making.
Through interactive readings, reflection guides, workbooks, and practical toolkits, participants will engage in a structured learning progression to build the mindsets, skills, and strategies necessary for transformational coaching. The program culminates in empowering coaches to lead others and themselves, fostering sustainable professional learning cultures within their schools.
