Course Description

This workshop is tailored for non-academic staff to gain a clear and practical understanding of the International Baccalaureate (IB) and its programmes (PYP, MYP, DP, and CP). Participants will learn about the IB’s mission, vision, and philosophy, including the significance of the Learner Profile and the global recognition of IB graduates by universities. Discover what sets the IB apart from other educational frameworks and how non-academic roles contribute to student success.
