Beyond the Title: Principles That Shape the Principal
Course Description
This interactive workshop explores leadership through the lens of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and organizational standards. Participants will begin by reflecting on their personal leadership style and strengths, then examine how stress and conflict shape behavior in teams. Through collaborative activities, case discussions, and reflective exercises, participants will develop practical strategies to build resilience, foster positive team cultures, and align their leadership with the broader vision of sustainable school improvement.
